Ready to order? We’re here for you! We view our clients as partners and we will work together to be successful. Our number one goal is to understand your business and its intricacies so we can make the best suggestions and offers possible. Every business is different, and every situation is unique.

New Clients

To get started, we’ll need some information.

Please fill out both our New Customer Form and Credit Application.

If you prefer not to use the online tool, you can call us at 1 (802) 318-4133 or email us at sales@laminita.com. We’ll get you set up in our system so your orders sail through without a hitch.

For new clients, your initial order will need to be fully prepaid. We will also ask for a copy of your W-9 form and resale or seller’s certificate. After submitting credit references and all documents, we can usually extend payment terms. We want this to be easy so please let us know if you have any questions or how we can help!

Payment

We accept ACH transfers, check, wire transfer, and credit cards. Checks will be mailed to a lock box and will require at least seven business days for processing. This payment remittance information will be sent once the order and client information is all set.

Inventory and Order Quantities

Our inventory changes daily and not all coffees are located at all warehouse locations. We make our best effort to keep our list of offerings up to date, but please contact your sales rep prior to finalizing your order.

Minimum orders

We will sell green coffee in amounts ranging from one bag to a full container. We are not able to split bags.

Pallet maximum

We normally do not ship out more than 10 bags per pallet due to stability of the pallet. It’s our standard practice to have each pallet strapped and wrapped prior to release from the warehouse to ensure the coffee is in the best shape possible when it reaches you.

Bag weights

Depends on the specific origin:

  • 69 kgs | Central America, Mexico and Peru

  • 70 kgs | Colombia

  • 59.5 kgs | Brazil

  • 60 kgs | Indonesia, Africa and most decaffeinated coffees

  • Micro Lots | Varies; please inquire about bag or box size
