Jose Alvino Tejada Acosta took part in the 2019 Atipanaku microlot competition and a lot from his farm, Finca el Recuerdo, won 17th place.

For his award-winning lot, Jose selected cherries from his peak harvest at his farm in Rodriguez de Mendoza. He depulped them and fermented for 18 hours before sun drying. We love the tropical fruit and herbal notes in this bright coffee.

Jose is part of the Monteverde producer group.
