In 2015, La Minita introduced a direct purchase program. We buy coffees from specific farms that we have targeted as producing superior coffees. The coffees are brought into our trilladora, Empresas de Jardin, and kept segregated throughout the process. Some of the farms we have brought in over the past few years are:

Empresas de Jardin was built in 2008 with state of the art equipment. Our team warehouses the coffee and then finishes each lot to ensure the quality has been maintained throughout the process. Then we export these coffees under our Farm Direct purchase program. These coffees exhibit the hard work of each farmer and their dedication to produce exquisite coffees.
