Raja Batak

Lintongnihuta | Indonesia

The Sumatra Lintong Raja Batak comes from selected producers surrounding the town of Lintongnihuta in the Provinsi Sumatera Utara (Northern Sumatra Province). This specific area is located on the southern shores of Lake Toba, which is the largest volcanic lake in the world. The soil around the southern part of the lake is volcanic which leads to exceptional terrain for growing coffee. Raja Batak is a premium Peaberry selection and is very limited in its availability.

Los Lirios de Chirinos

Cajamarca | Peru

The Asociacion de Mujeres Caficultoras “Los Lirios de Chirinos” is a group of eight women coffee producers in northern Peru who banded together to increase their profits through better quality coffee. The group was started in 2017 by two sisters, Silvia and Nancy Lizana. They are daughters of coffee producers, fourth generation farmers, and country girls at heart.

Juarez Colatino Barros

Dulcineia is part of the Mataõ Women In Coffee project. Mataõ is a remote region in southern Brazil and the group formed to support these women’s efforts to run a portion of their family farm with a focus on quality instead of quantity. The group’s coffees have won competition accolades but the best part might be that they have made their husbands jealous with the premium pricing and recognition they have received.

La Llama

Various Regions | Peru

In addition to the Chonti our Quality Assurance team developed a mark called La Llama.   La Llama is a fully washed SHB from the Chanchamayo Valley located in the province of Junin and the region around Chontali This coffee is grown between 1200 to 1400 m and exhibits good acidity, medium body with a very pleasant sweet finish.  La Llama can be certified Rainforest Alliance or Organic.
